Our Philosophy: Informed Citizens Make Better Decisions.
Informed U.S. Citizens, originally published as Ciudadano Informado, was put into motion in 2011 by a few friends in Arkansas who shared an interest and passion for all things immigration. Our team now consists of multiple contributors from Arkansas, Missouri, Kansas, Missouri, Texas and New York, and include college students, DREAMers, immigration attorneys and academics who have all had some form of experience with immigration and who have determined to apply that experience to provide relevant, informative articles that help add clarity and personality to a sometimes convoluted issue. The goal of Inform US Citizens is to demonstrate that immigration is more than just opening or closing a border. Immigration involves history, politics, culture, journalism, law, international relations, religion, the black market, and most importantly, people. Any attempt to regulate that does not take this into account is destined to fail. For over a year, we have pursued these goals and are honored to be a part of the process of change. We encourage open dialogue, so please feel free to leave us your comments, suggestions, or questions.Contact Us: Info@informUScitizens.com Follow the blog on Twitter, @InformUSCitizen, or on Facebook.com/InformUSCitizens
